Item #16: Try The Pottery Wheel

Item #16: Try The Pottery Wheel

Always wanted to try throwing pottery on a wheel? Here is your chance. I will demonstrate how to throw a bowl and a mug, then you will get to try it on your own. Be prepared … it is harder than it looks! After your class, I will trim, fire and glaze your pieces with the colours that you choose. If you are successful, you will have 2 or 3 fired pots to pick up at a later date. This will take place at the Chatham Cultural Centre.

Try The Pottery Wheel is for a maximum of eight people.
